Lodge Description

The standard lodge is a two bedroom building that works perfectly as both a holiday home and the family home.

Although it is a single storey home, the cathedral style roof design combined with substantial timber trusses gives it the feel of a larger construction. The house is entered by way of an impressive 3 metre wide set of steps leading to the covered veranda. This stretches the entire 7 metre width of the building, providing you with an attractive outdoor seating area for meals and entertainment.

Substantial glass panel doors lead into an open plan kitchen/dining and living area, in a functional and attractive L-shape. The utility room is where the boiler, switch box and water mains are located and also provides a substantial storage area and a loft. The bathroom is sizeable and allows for various fitted bathroom options. The two bedrooms are identical in size and layout and can comfortably fit a Queen size double bed or two single beds.
